chore: 固定 .ai-memory 用 LF 换行符

core.autocrlf=true 会让 clone 时把记忆文件转成 CRLF，导致「记忆目录 <-> 仓库」
逐字节比对始终有噪音。加 .gitattributes 指定 .ai-memory/*.md 使用 eol=lf。
